One day I’ve been struck with this idea, that I haven’t shared with anyone because I thought maybe I was just being dramatic, under the influence of the frustration of the moment.
I wanted to eat something this morning but there was nothing I felt like eating that was dairy-free and sweet. I saw we had some coconut milk leftover in the fridge and it inspired me to prepare this coconut pudding made with tapioca pearls, also called sagu.
A sneak peak behind my life as a stay-at-home mom. You may find it boring (sometimes I do too π) but overall I enjoy my life that way.
