3 weeks postpartum

I still can’t sneeze normally 😖

  • Sneezing is still something that I dread because it hurts on my left lower belly side.
  • My c-section scar started to itch 😣
  • I think my belly is getting smaller by the day but I definitely have a big gap between my abdominal muscles.
  • I’m doing the ‘vaccum’ exercise at least for 10 holds of 5 sec each. It consists in tightening up your belly as much as you can on your exhale, to activate your core.
  • I started to take birth control pills.
