I’ve been asked about my morning practice, so here’s my answer 🤗
…but I decided to go for it anyway.
I’ve been doing a lot of free flows these past few weeks and one pose that I’m struggling with is #revolvedtrianglepose.
All I wanted was a quick fix for my knees because I hurt them after running 10km 🏃♀️
Woke up before 6AM, couldn’t sleep anymore so I did my yoga practice for an hour.
Thought about sharing more about my yoga practice, so here you go 🙂
The Bakasana was the first arm balance I learned in yoga, and when I couldn’t get into the position the first time I tried it, I thought I’d never managed to do it. I couldn’t possibly understand how people could hold their whole body onto their arms without breaking them.
I’ve been practicing pincha on a daily basis for 3 weeks now. And at first, I naively thought it’d be easy since I knew how to headstand.
