The other day I wasn’t feeling motivated for my yoga practice

…but I decided to go for it anyway.

I told myself that I was going to stretch myself only for few minutes…

…and I ended up doing a full practice, including a couple of rounds of sun salutation flow + free flow, a 10-minute #pilatesworkout and a 5-minute pincha session 🙃

I went from not wanting to practice at all to doing a 1-hour practice with a big smile on my face 😊

Of course, you know better what’s good for you. And if you feel like you need a day off (or more), then do it.

Just don’t feel bad about it.
