How most of my yoga practice looks like in reality

Up until I got pregnant again, my yoga practice was about showing up every day and making progress.

And if I didn’t see any progress, deep down, there was a part of me beating myself up.

I definitely didn’t have a good relationship with myself and sometimes I would end up with some injuries because I had pushed myself too hard.

Now, it’s different.

Some days I feel too ‘meh’ to practice and I’ve learned to be ok with it.

And whenever I practice, it’s not about making progress anymore but more about creating some space within me for me and for my new little bean.

It’s about being present even if it’s for 5 min of breathing deeply.
