I’ve been doing a lot of free flows these past few weeks and one pose that I’m struggling with is #revolvedtrianglepose.

A couple of weeks ago @mommalearnsyoga asked me this question on my headstand tutorial.
I had an interesting convo with @kailine_tje about pressing up in pincha this morning.
…and I even thought that maybe I didn’t have any 🤷
All I wanted was a quick fix for my knees because I hurt them after running 10km 🏃♀️
I’ve been practicing yoga (almost) every day for a year and these are my go to poses.
Thought about sharing more about my yoga practice, so here you go 🙂
It shows how far I’ve come and how much there is still to learn.
