Second week of tracking my time spent on meditation, yoga practice and learning Portuguese.
One thing for sure is this: by tracking how much time I was spending on meditating, practicing yoga and learning Portuguese, it motivated me to do more.

Like I said a couple of days ago, whenever I meditate, I always have some random thoughts popping out of nowhere.
So first thing you need to know, I don’t have a free-thought meditation.
