This morning I decided to meditate 🇧🇷
I don’t know for how long though 🤔
There were so many thoughts. It was overwhelming at first 😵
I tried not to judge them and just be there as the ‘watcher’ 👀
Easier said than done… 😅
But I noticed that it made me more mindful regarding how I react to some stuff. And it makes me want to continue meditation.
My main issue is that I either fall asleep or get lost in my thoughts and I don’t remember I was meditating 🤣
