This morning I decided to meditate 🇧🇷

I don’t know for how long though πŸ€”

There were so many thoughts. It was overwhelming at first 😡

I tried not to judge them and just be there as the ‘watcher’ πŸ‘€

Easier said than done… πŸ˜…

But I noticed that it made me more mindful regarding how I react to some stuff. And it makes me want to continue meditation.

My main issue is that I either fall asleep or get lost in my thoughts and I don’t remember I was meditating 🀣

If you have any tips, they are more than welcome ❀️
