Yoga is a way of life
It’s when I think I don’t have time for yoga that I know it’s the best moment to practice. Even if it’s just staying in savasana and carefully paying attention to my breathing, it still counts.
And yes, it’s still yoga.
Yoga is not only about the physical postures. The more you dive into it, the more you see how positively yoga affects your life.
Things that used to piss me off… still piss me off — but waaaay less 😅
Yoga helps me to stay grounded. To be more present whenever my mind wants me to dwell on the past, or to worry about the future.
Yoga helps me to focus and to find balance in life. To accept things that are beyond my control and to learn to let go of anything that’s weighing me down.
Yoga is a way of life.
And I’m glad to be on this journey.
