I started journaling at the end of 2015. I only like to write with pen and paper though 😄 I tried to do it on my computer but it just feels different 🤷♀️
Woke up before 6AM, couldn’t sleep anymore so I did my yoga practice for an hour.
Thought about sharing more about my yoga practice, so here you go 🙂
It shows how far I’ve come and how much there is still to learn.
… such as a loving family, friends, health, a place to stay and food every day.
All I wanted to achieve with yoga was to strengthen my knees to protect them better for my running sessions.
How long did it take me to do a headstand off the wall? Or how long did it take me to achieve king pigeon pose without the use of a strap?
I’ve been practicing king pigeon pose more than usual these days.
Back in July, my core was so weak and my wrists hurt so much 🤣
