What I need these days 🇧🇷

Back in July, my core was so weak and my wrists hurt so much 🤣

I thought it was impossible to get into crow pose but I kept practicing it anyway and then one day it just happened… for 3 beautiful seconds 🥰

Today I don’t even count how long I can hold it. I just do it whenever I feel like it during my warm up flow.

It makes me feel strong, confident and in control.

Exactly what I need these days 💖
