This progress picture makes me feel proud 🇧🇷

It shows how far I’ve come and how much there is still to learn.

I remember being so afraid to be upside down, I asked Davidson for help at first.

Then later on, I decided to face my fears and practiced alone with the wall. I would practice almost every day and rest only when my shoulders were too sore 😂

Nowadays, I practice pincha maybe once or twice per week but definitely not as much as in the beginning. And I try my best to focus on my shoulders strength by doing some specific exercises with a resistance band – especially for my elbows not to splay out on the sides.

It’s an amazing journey and I’m grateful for it ❤️
