Gone too soon 🇧🇷

I’ve been practicing king pigeon pose more than usual these days.

Maybe it’s a way my body is helping me to cope with the loss of my uncle.

I don’t have lots of memories of him but I feel the pain of my dad who lost his little brother, I feel the pain of his kids who lost their dad so young and I feel the pain of his wife who lost her husband.
