One year living in Brazil

It doesn’t feel like it’s been a year already 😵

Yet here we are.

When we decided to come here we didn’t have a plan except for trying for a second baby.

We had a remote job but it got cancelled few weeks after we arrived 😅 Luckily we had enough savings for 6 months to help us turn things around.

Davidson got a job opportunity in Cuiabá in October which allowed us to experience what it’s like to live on our own for the first time since we had Ellie.

It made us realized that being close to family is important and so that’s one of the reasons why a week ago we came back in Matupá to live with his parents again.

Now the only difference is Davidson is working in his dad’s business… and also that I’m 8-month pregnant 😊
