On self-awareness

Self-awareness is about…

  • Knowing yourself.
  • Following your guts.
  • Making decisions that people will criticize you for.
  • Knowing that when you’ve hit rock bottom, it’s not the end of the world. On the contrary, it’s the start of something so much better in your life.
  • Listening to that voice in your head and yet not letting it controlling you.

Remember: You are not your thoughts. You are so much more than that.
