Bow pose progress
Bow pose has never been part of my regular practice but this past week I’ve decided to practice it daily — mainly because I want to improve my pincha scorpion 🙈
In only a week, I did more bows than this past year 😂
I can hold the pose for at least 3 breaths and kick my legs up higher than I used to.
One thing I need to improve though is what comes through my mind whenever I’m doing it => 🤬
I’ll get there someday 🤣
But anyway… 🤪
I’m aiming for full bow 🥵😱
I’m not sure I’ll ever be able to do it but I’ll try and share my journey toward it.
