When you’re feeling lost
No matter what you do, it makes you feel bad.
For example, you try to read a book but you cannot stop that voice in your head telling you that you’re a loser.
So you put the book on the side and start to stare at the ceiling. Wondering what will happen to your life. Trying to find some clues, some signs that everything will be ok. But it seems like your mind is drawn by those negative thoughts that are constantly whispering that nothing good is gonna happen.
The trap at that moment is to stay in this vicious circle. In your head. The trap is to think that your thoughts are your reality when it’s not. Thoughts are just thoughts. They make you feel bad or good. But at the end of the day, you got to choose how you’re gonna live your life.
And to be fair with yourself, it’s not the first time that you’re feeling lost, right?
Yet, you’re still here. Breathing. And alive.
