Things I do every day to be more present

Maybe you’re in a rush because your baby is crying and you’re stuck doing the dishes. Or maybe you’re running because you’re late for work. Or maybe you have guests and food is still not ready.

I’ve been through many situations wherein I was running by my mind and thus not being present.

In these situations, here’s what I like to do to reset myself:

  • Breathe deeply.
  • Slow down.
  • Do less.
  • Meditate.
  • Exercise.
