My banana shake recipe

What you’ll need

Good for 1 person (yes I’m selfish 🤫)

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 orange
  • 1 yogurt
    • I personally prefer Greek yogurt because it’s more filling but it’s not available where I live
  • A splash of milk or water
    • To adjust the consistency of your shake

What to do

  1. Gather all the ingredients
  2. Put them all in the blender
  3. Mix until everything is crushed
  4. Ready to be served 😋

What I like to add sometimes

  • Honey
  • Cereals
    • I like to add them on top of the shake
  • Another fruit (frozen or not): pineapple, mango,…
  • A frozen juice: cupuaçu*, acerola*, caju*,…
