I wasn’t feeling at my best today
I thought about skipping my yoga practice but I decided to get on my mat anyway.
I started with child’s pose and thought about staying in it. But then I moved on with downdog, plank, malasana, etc.
And the more I moved the more I felt energized. I even ended up with a bit of pincha and handstand practice.
Whenever I feel like shit, my mind always wants me to skip my practice. And even though I know practicing will make me feel better, some days are harder than others.
I don’t really know why I’m saying this.
Just thought you should know.
