It’s not even winter yet and I find myself so lazy to run outside in the cold.
Since March 31supst/sup, I started to run again every 2 or 3 days. At first, I was running maybe 10 minutes, now I’m running an average of 30 to 35 minutes. I can see my body changing, especially in the belly area. There’s still a long way to go but I’m confident that by staying consistent I’ll get rid of my belly fat someday ^^
Next Monday it’s gonna be 1 month (already!) that I’m back running. I’m running 20 to 30 minutes every 2 or 3 days and it feels so damn good 😊
I never ran alone until last week.
I’m back to running again! 😀
