Stop dwelling on your problems
You’ll only make them worse than they actually are. Because most of the time (if not always), you’ll only come up with the worst case scenario and it will cripple you. You end up thinking more than doing anything about it.
And it’s a never ending circle. You think, you’re scared, you think, you’re scared, you think again, you’re scared again, …
You get trapped in your own mind and the only way for you to get out of it is to start taking action. Once you do, you’ll realize that actually the odds for you to live your worst case scenario is close to zero (if not none).
Stop living in a future that is unlikely to happen and start enjoying your life now because the present moment is all you’ll ever have.
